Step 1: Installation & Setup

It only takes a moment to connect Qwilr to HubSpot.

A quick note: To use the integration, your Qwilr and HubSpot accounts should be under the same email address. If you need to, you can change your Qwilr account email.


Step 2: Building a Qwilr Template

Your template is the foundation of the Qwilr Pages you'll create in HubSpot. 


You can create as many templates as you need. Each template can operate in one type of HubSpot record: Contact, Company, or Deal.

    Some examples:

  • When your client views but hasn't accepted your Qwilr Page, you can send them a reminder email a few days later.
  • When your client accepts your Qwilr Page, HubSpot can notify your whole sales team.
  • When your client accepts a Qwilr Page, HubSpot can create a Deal record automatically, or schedule a follow-up call, or add them to a marketing list.
