Qwilr Guide

Integrating with Salesforce

Our Salesforce integration lets you build compelling proposals instantly.

...And it also streamlines your whole sales process.

In this guide, you'll learn how to install and set up the integration, build your first proposal template, and use it to build a personalized proposal for a client.

We'll also look at how Qwilr connects to extra Salesforce features like PriceBooks and Process Builder, making you even more efficient.

Let's get started!

You can make Qwilr visible from the LeadContactOpportunity, and/or  Account areas of Salesforce.

You'll perform the same setup process in each Salesforce area you want to use.

Step 2: Building a Qwilr Template

Your template is the foundation of the Qwilr Pages you'll create in Salesforce.

You can create as many templates as you need. Each template can operate in one area of Salesforce: Account, Lead, Contact or Opportunity.

The video below will show you how to create your first template.

Step 3: Creating Qwilr Pages in Salesforce

Now you can put your template to work creating instant Qwilr Pages.

In your Salesforce account, locate the Qwilr widget. Click the Create New button to start a new page.

Choose your template, and that's all there is to it!

Using Salesforce Pricebooks to automate your quotes

Build customized quotes in your Qwilr pages instantly.

Saving steps with Salesforce Process Builder

Qwilr + Process Builder help you automate repetitive tasks and get more done.

Some examples:

  • When your client views but hasn't accepted your Qwilr Page, you can send them a reminder email a few days later.
  • When your client accepts your Qwilr Page, Salesforce can notify your whole sales team.
  • When your client accepts a Qwilr Page, Salesforce can create an Account record automatically, or schedule a follow-up call.
