Step 2: Build a Qwilr page

You can use a template or build your page from scratch.

Add a Quote Block and enter your products, service, and pricing. 

When your client accepts your Qwilr Page, the quote becomes an invoice in your accounting app.

Tip: Quotes are fully customizable

Need to offer packages for your client to choose from? No problem, Qwilr can do that.

Need to make certain items optional, and have the price recalculate if your client chooses them? You got it.

Want your client to choose their own quantities for certain items? We do that too.

No matter what selections your client makes in the quote, they’ll show up in the invoice.

Step 3: Set your quote block to push an invoice

Choose a client to invoice when the page is accepted. Then flip the switch.

That's all there is to it!

When your client clicks the Accept button...

...A draft invoice is automatically created in your accounting tool. It contains everything in your quote. 

It’s ready to send to your client whenever you like.
